このたびの東北地方太平洋沖地震により被害を受けられた皆様に、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
USDAA会長のケネスタッシュさんから、お見舞いのメッセージが届きましたので紹介します。

I spoke to Tom Kula yesterday, and we are continuing to get inquiries about
Japan. Everyone here continues to hear news reports and are compelled to do
something. Many are willing to contribute financially, though that may be
not what is needed at present. In speaking with Tom, we are thinking unless
there is a specific need you can think of, that we could perhaps direct a
contribution to a dog welfare organization that may be seeking to help the
dogs in the disaster region. And we recognize that in the region, needs are
based upon daily life’s needs and transportation. We would welcome your
thoughts and those of OPDES board on any suggestions on how we might help,
or where we might direct any contributions to assure they directly aid the
cause related to the disaster.

昨日トム（ジャパンファイナルジャッジMr.クーラ）と話し、引き続き日本のおかれ
ている状況を把握したいと思っています。こちらでもニュースを耳にする度に、何か私達にも出来ることはないかと、いても
たってもいられません。沢山の人達から日本への義援金の申し入れがありますが、今はそれ以上に必要なもの
があるのかもしれません。
トムとの会話の中で、犬の福利団体を通じ被災地域の犬たちを救えないかと話してい
ました。
しかしながら被災地で一番求められているものは、日々の生活に必要な物資とその輸
送のようです。
義援金や支援、何でも構いません、私達に出来ることがあればOPDESの方から遠慮な
く申し出てください。

Also, Yuri Ostashenko from IFCS-Russia has asked me to convey to all OPDES
his best wishes for working through the difficult times, and that the
members of Russian League of Cynologists (IFCS Russian affiliate) are extend
moral support for all of Japan. Please pass along their sentiments to
Tanabe-san.

最後にIFCSロシアのユーリから、厳しい現状の中での復興と心から願うとともに、ロ
シアリーグのメンバーより見舞いの言葉が届けられました事をお伝え致します。
